This program is designed for the fast and easy replacement and any failed or failing Rocstor drive. Additionally, if our customers have mission critical or private data, Rocstor will protect the customer by sending a “loaner” drive to back up any sensitive data and use until we fix the existing problem. The only cost to you will be the shipping of the loaner drive.
